In 2013, Root Bottom Farm is proud to plant 130 varieties of herbs,
flowers, vegetables, berries and fruit trees.
VEGGIES: artichokes, asparagus, broccoli, tomatoes (9 varieties), brussel sprouts, bush beans, corn, cucumbers, peas, peppers, summer & winter squash (6 varieties)
ROOT CROPS: beets (4 varieties), potatoes (4 varieties), carrots (5 varieties), garlic (7 varieties planted Fall 2012)
GREENS: arugula, collards, kale, lettuce mix, spicy Asian mix, spinach, Swiss chard
HERBS: 14 varieties including, basil, rosemary, oregano, chives, winter savory, sorrel, chamomile, shiso, lemon balm, mint, peppermint, thyme, sage & bee balm
