To everything there is a season..

Happy Winter from Root Bottom Farm! We had an amazing growing season and we look forward to the bounty of 2015. In August, Sarah thru hiked the 211+ miles of the John Muir Trail in California from Yosemite (4,000ft) to Mt. Whitney (14,500ft and the tallest mountain in the lower 48). In November, we rowed 226 miles down the Grand Canyon on a fun private trip. It was an awesome experience to see one of the natural wonders of the world from the river that carved it. The farm is asleep for the season and we will spend the Winter months skiing in Utah.
