MAY FARM:
Carrots, beets and potatoes are planted. Garlic is weeded. All perennials are planted (51 fruit trees, 200+ asparagus plants, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and grapes). The guest house is finished and currently being rented until October.
Lots of early morning transplanting from the greenhouse to the fields before it gets too hot. All perennials are in the ground. Asparagus is thigh high and the garlic is right on track. Only a few more weeks before we get to dig it up and start the drying process. And Root Bottom Farm has some new friends. Staying busy. Loving life.
