August Farm to Table : Friends, Family & Farm Fresh Food

Another amazing Farm to Table dinner on Root Bottom Farm!

A few dishes (see full menu below): eggplant baba ghanoush with cucumber and carrot sticks and sweet pea microgreens
Local deviled eggs with cabbage microgreens
vegetarian kabobs
Local ice cream and Root Bottom berries and chocolate mint
One of my favorite parts. I grow and arrange all the flowers!

Simple Bread's Simple Sourdough with
Root Bottom Blackberry Jam or Root Bottom Garlic Butter

Lettuce, sunflower microgreens, Three Graces Dairy feta, edible flowers & Sunset Valley Farm Sweet Onion Dressing

Vegetarian kabobs with squash, baby potatoes, peppers, cherry tomatoes & onions with a basil & sweet pepper pureed dressing drizzle

Dry Ridge Farm chicken salad with leeks, roasted garlic, Swiss chard grated beets & spicy China rose radish microgreens

Herb carrots glazed with West Asheville Honey

What a perfect night celebrating farm, family & community. 
So much love for all the support and what we do for a living.

Our first farm to table dinner was a huge success and we look forward to our sold out August and September dinners.
